The Label
The Flavour
Aroma (Neat): Fresh, ripe tropical fruits. Passion fruit, guava and melon.
Taste (Neat): Sweet and boozy melon with a zingy lemon and lime finish.
Aroma (Tonic): Fresh passion fruit and a mix of stone fruit.
Taste (Tonic): Tastes like peaches, nectarines and plums! Complex but really refreshing!
Recommended Cocktail – PassiStar Martini
Ingredients
50ml Passiflora Gin
50ml Smooth Orange Juice
100ml Prosecco
Orange Slice Garnish
Instructions
1. Start by adding 50ml Gin and 50ml Orange Juice into a cocktail shaker with cubed ice and shake well, until the mix starts to foam.
2. Strain the mixture into a Martini glass, then topping up with around 100ml of Prosecco (We like a dry prosecco)
3. Finish with slicing up an orange and adding on top of the Martini glass.
