Who doesn’t love a Rhubarb Crumble? This is another Gin Venturist recommendation. We learnt a lot with this one on how we flavour our Gins. This Gin will be re-released, with us trying a new way of flavouring to really bring out that Rhubarb flavour.

The Label
The Flavour
Aroma (Neat): Sharp and tangy Rhubarb with a bit of citrus.
Taste (Neat): Zingy Rhubarb with some spice and a sweet but slightly sour finish.
Aroma (With Tonic): Zingy and fresh rhubarb with plenty of juniper and orange.
Taste (With Tonic): Fresh rhubarb, slight herb edge with an orange sweetness.
Garnish: Recommend a slice of lemon or a sprig of mint.
Recommended Cocktail – Rhubarb and Ginger Ale
Ingredients
50ml Just Rhubarb Gin
175ml Ginger Ale (or Ginger Beer)
Ice
Orange
Instructions
1. Add 50ml of Just Rhubarb Gin
2. Fill your glass up with cubed ice
3. Pour in the Ginger Ale or Beer
4. Slice a orange wedge and place in your glass
